Russian police will have to apologize for offences

Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev has ordered policemen to apologize for all mistakes and offences.

"It's any honest officer's duty to apologize for his mistakes. If you offended someone, don't try to hide the fact, but take all responsibility for your misbehaviour," the minister said.
