Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received on Thursday the special representative of the Iranian president on Caspian Sea issues, Mehdi Safari, Trend reports referring to the state news agency AzerTAj.
During the meeting there was an exchange of opinions on bilateral relations between the countries, cooperation in energy sphere and a number other issues.
