CSTO states are discussing the use of Collective Rapid Reaction Force (CRRF) to prevent coups, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with CSTO Director General Nikolai Bordyuzha in Minsk, RIA Novosti reports.
Lukashenko talked on formation of foreign military bases on the CSTO territory. Bordyuzha said the CSTO summit in December will host talks on clear decisions, including adjustments to the CSTO charter.
