Gaddafi's troops must surrender - rebels

The head of the Transition National Council of Libya, Mustafa Abdel Jalil, announced that Gaddafi's troops must surrender before Saturday or face military action, RIA Novosti reports.

If Gaddafi loyalists don't surrender in time, the rebels will start a military operation in order to take Sirt, Gaddafi's home town and last bastion.
