The Dagestani FSB has revealed a tie-in at the Grozny-Baku oil
pipeline at the village of Novochirkey in Dagestan's Kizilyurtovsky
District near the 167th km mark, RIA Dagestan reports.
A tube was installed from a 25-30 tanker. 4 tons of oil were pumped.
The tanker belongs to a local from the Levashensky District. One of
his accomplices had an AK automated weapon with 148 bullets, a Saiga
carbine with 4 bullets, a Winchester rifle and a large amount of
ammunition.
A criminal case was initiated for theft and illegal purchase and
storage of ammunition and arms.
