Lieutenant Colonel Ibragim Jabrailov, head of the FSB Directorate of
Dagestan, has died in a car bomb, ITAR-TASS reports.
The attack happened at the Makhachkalinskoye Highway at about 11 am. A
bomb went off underneath the officers car. His mother, sister,
mother-in-law and a nephew were hospitalized.
