Russian President congratulates people of Kabardino-Balkaria

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the people of the North Caucasus Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria on their Republic Day, RIA Novosti cites the Kremlin's press service.

The decision to establish the republic of Kabardino-Balkaria played an important role in the life of the whole region. The republic has raised many famous scientists and artists," the Russian president noted.
