President Medvedev made radical changes to the structure of the presidential plenipotentiary envoys, RIA Novosti reports.
In the Central Federal District the head of the internal policy department under the presidential administration, Oleg Govorun, has been appointed. The position became free after the former plenipotentiary envoy, Georgy Poltavchenko, became the governor of St. Petersburg.
Ilya Klebanov resigned from the position of envoy to the North-Western Federal District.
Instead of Klebanov the former Urals District envoy, Nikolay Vinchenko, was appointed. Vinchenko’s position will be taken by Yevgeny Kuchvashev.
