The head of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, plans to unite underpopulated villages in two regions of the republic to cut bureaucracy and save the budget money, RIA Novosti reports.
The Dzheirzch and Malgobek regions are involved in the project. The plan for it should be developed by September 20.
