Azerbaijani Ombudswoman Elmira Suleymanova has addressed the
government after the passing of a new amnesty act, News Azerbaijan
reports.
She noted that members of parliament have disagreements on the issue.
Suleymanova pointed out that her office had helped 339 people to be
pardoned.
