Alexei Vlasov: "In Europe together with Russia and not instead of Russia"

The editor-in-chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, Alexei Vlasov, gave a speech
in the final part of the 21st Economic Forum in the Polish town of
Krynica Zdroj, organized by the Warsaw Institute for Eastern Studies.
In his speech Vlasov noted that it is time to break down barriers
between countries, rather than create new ones.

"Regarding relations between the CIS countries and the EU, there is
only one appropriate motto: ‘In Europe together with Russia and not
instead of Russia’. It is necessary to overcome the remnants of mutual
hostility and break the psychological barriers of the past century,"
Vlasov said.

The forum, held in Poland under the title "European dilemma: a
partnership or rivalry?", hosted several plenary sessions and more
than 100 round-table discussions in various spheres.
