Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has called upon the Ingush authorities and leaders of all North Caucasian republics to fight unemployment in the region, RIA Novosti reports.
"The most important task is to strufight unemployment," the President told Ingush leader Yunus-bek Yevkurov.
The remarks were made during the Russian President's working meeting with the head of the Ingush republic.
Yevkurov told the President that the republic's administration is working on the development plan aimed at improving the situation.
