Maikop plans to present 5 investment projects and 25 investment platforms at the investment forum of Sochi this year, Yuga.ru reports.
They include construction of the Severnoye cottage complex on the outskirts of Maikop worth 350 million rubles, modernization of the gypsum factory worth 500 million, construction of a corrugated board factory, a recreation and trade complex and a poultry factory.
The package of projects was formed according to demands of the Adygeya Ministry for Economic Development, the head of the investment section of Maikop's administration, Yevgeny Prokpenko, said. He added that a set of projects are being realized, including the Khoroshiye Novosti market chain, the crushing factory in Khanskoy, kindergarten construction and the KinoCity multimedia education center.
