Nothing can affect the brotherly ties between Azerbaijan and Iran, President of the Islamic Republic Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said at the border city of Parsabad on Thursday, Trend reports.
Ahmadinejad added that Iran supports Azerbaijani independence.
The Iranian president visited the Ardebil Province near the border of Azerbaijan. Ahmadinejad visited Khalkhal, Kovsar, Nir and will visit Bilyasuvar, Parsabad, Germi, Meshkinshahr and Namin today.
