Center for Emergency Psychological Aid to open in North Caucasus

The Russian Center for Emergency Psychological Aid of the Emergency Ministry will open a directorate in the North Caucasian Federal District, director of the center Yulia Shoygu said at an online conference with RIA Novosti.


The center in the North Caucasus will have advanced equipment. There are plans to develop new technologies. A program for inter-departmental and international cooperation has been prepared.


There are directorates in 6 federal districts of Russia. They can be found in Saint-Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod.
