NATO plans to conclude the military operation in Libya and give the National transitional Government more authority in three months. The UK is preparing a project of a resolution of the UN Security Council for discussions today, ITAR-TASS reports.
The UN will send 50-200 civilian advisors to support Libyan authorities and formation of a new law systems.
The arms embargo in Libya will be lifted, as well as the no-fly zone to allow air transport bring cargo.
