The OSCE carried out scheduled monitoring of the Azerbaijani-Armenian contact line in the village of Garakhanbeyli in the Fizuli District of Azerbaijan on September 22, Trend reports.
Monitoring from the Azerbaijani side was carried out by the personal representative of the OSCE chairman Christo Christov and Marius Puojunas.
Monitoring from the Armenian side was carried out by the chairman’s field assistants, Imre Palatinus and Antal Herdic.
