Dagestani Leader Magomedsalam Magomedov has cut his visit to Moscow short and is returning to Makhachkala due to the recent terrorist attacks, his press secretary Rasul Khaybulayev said, RIA Novosti reports.
There were two blasts in Makhachkala in the early hours of September 22. The first occurred in the city center after midnight, followed by another one 15 minutes later. The first one was a minor explosion, the second one – equivalent to about 40 kg of TNT.
One person died and 60 were injured.
