Uruguay to enhance ties with Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, who is currently taking part in 66th UN general assembly's session, met his counterpart from Uruguay Louis Almagro.

The ministers discussed issues of bilateral relations and the situation in the South Caucasus, the press service of the Azerbaijani foreign  ministry.

Almagro said his country would seek to enhance ties with Azerbaijan.
