Georgian Foreign Ministery has condemn Russia's ratification of the deals on military bases in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, Trend reports.
Georgia believes that this violates the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe and is a threat to peace and stability in the North Caucasus, the Black and Caspian Seas and Europe. Georgia urged the international community to react to Russia's actions.
