The police of Dagestan arrested two citizens near the café Ali-Mubarak on the 331st km of the Makhachkala-Astrakhan road near the village of Krasno’oktyaborskoye in the Kizlyarsky District of Dagestan on Sunday at 00:20. The citizens were carrying grenades and a bomb, RIA Novosti reports.
The citizens were locals from the Suleyman-Stalsky District. They had an F-1 grenade each and objects resembling bombs: a can with 1kg of TNT and an electronic detonator.
Engineers destroyed the bombs.
