The Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov has opened a constituent session of the Expert-Analytics League „Resource Strategy“ with a topic: „Russia in the Eurasian energy dialogue: prospects and challenges». Experts of international relations, interior and foreign policy, economics and law are taking part in the meeting.
Vyacheslav Ivanovich Trubnikov, Director of Russian Intelligence Service (1996-2000), Russian Deputy Foreign Minister (2000-2004), Plenipotentiary and Authorized Russian Ambassador to India (2004-2009), member of the Institue for World Economy and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is a special highlight of the session.
Trubnikov noted the great role of expert society in developing efficient foreign policy of Russia. As an example, he mentioned the Strategic Global Forecast-2030. The official believes that media and science societies should cooperate more actively and make topical issues a matter of public discussions.
The meeting involves experts of international relations, interior and foreign policy, economics and law. The talks are to determine practical proposals for interior and foreign policy in developing the resource potential.
Authorities of Vestnik Kavkaza, Ismail Agakishiyev and Alexey Vlasov, are member of the initiative group of the Expert-Analytics League.
