Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze will take part in the Eastern Partnership conference in Warsaw today. The conference will see discussions on European democratic society, welfare and a strong civil society, Trend reports.
Bakradze noted at the airport that Georgia puts great store on partnership with the EU and strives to become part of united Europe as soon as possible.
The official will visit Switzerland on October 1 to take part in a conference of the EU Eastern Neighbourhood to discuss the switch from authoritarianism to democracy. He will take part in discussions of what the EU can and must do.
Bakradze will visit the UK and attend a conference of the Conservatives.
