Nagorno-Karabakh polls do not play any role-OSCE

Recent parliamentary elections in Nagorno-Karabakh do not promote a
peaceful resolution to the conflict, OSCE chairman and Kazakh Foreign
Minister Kanat Saudbaev said, reports Interfax.
"Since the OSCE doesn't the recognize independence of
Nagorno-Karabakh, parliamentary elections in the self proclaimed
republic won't have any effect on the conflict settlement," he said.
He also noted that he supports the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group
member states in Karabakh resolution and will continue promoting
political negotiations between all sides.
