Azerbaijan and USA work on security of Caspian energy infrastructure together

USA and Azerbaijan are working on security of the Caspian energy infrastructure together, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza said, Trend reports.

Bryza noted that the US has certain technical problems in naval oil platforms. Some were caused by natural disasters or anthropogenic reasons, such as the oil spill at the Gulf of Mexico.

The West is interested in cooperating with Azerbaijan in the energy sphere, especially the Southern Gas Corridor project.
