High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton had a meeting with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili on Thursday. She spoke for the activation of the negotiation process on free trade with Georgia, Georgian Ambassador to the EU Salome Samadashvili said at the end of the meeting in Warsaw, Trend reports.
Ashton underlined that the EU will not recognize separatist regions of Georgia.
