The second Armenian president, Robert Kocharyan. said that he does not rule out his return as a politician, Mediamax reports.
His return is one of the most topical discussions in former Sovie states after Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s decision to run for president in 2012.
Kocharyan gave three reasons to return to politics:
1. lack of visible and sustainable improvement of economy and prosperity, resulting in desperate moods and migration;
2. demand of society for his return to politics;
3. confidence in the ability to make radical changes to improve the situation.
All other circumstances are part of the political resource but are not fundamental factors, Robert Kocharyan states.
