Ingush President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov visited a school in Magas on
Tuesday to congratulate school-leavers, the presidential press service
said.
He also attended a meeting on the Unified State Examination (USE). The
president warned that any official trying to intercede for any student
in the exams would be dismissed.
Minister of Education Lemka Izmaylova also noted that there were cases
of students receiving fake disability certificates in order to enter a
higher education center on a beneficial basis.The president said such
cases should be looked into. Yevkurov concluded that every low-income
family would receive help equal to some $30 to buy textbooks.
