Azerbaijan to pass law on ex-presidents

The parliament of Azerbaijan will soon pass a law on the country's former presidents, the APA news agency reports.

The law regulates issues of healthcare and financial support for former heads of state and members of their families. According to lawmakers, the law will be applied to all three former presidents of Azerbaijan - Ayaz Mutallibov, Abulfaz Elchibek and Geydar Aliyev.
