Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov is marking his 35th birthday, Yuga.ru reports.
He plans to celebrate it with family and relatives. Kadyrov spoke out against any gifts from state officials or special events.
Ramzan Kadyrov has been head of Chechnya for over 4 years. He has been awarded Hero of the Russian Federation, the Order for Fatherland Merit and the Order of Courage. He has the rank of a police major-general. Kadyrov is also a master of boxing, President of Terek FC, head of the Chechen Boxing Federation and the patriotic club “Ramzan”.
