Former Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko caused damage to Naftogaz Ukrainy worth about $188 million, Judge Rodion Kireyev pronounced, commenting on irrational prices set for gas, ITAR-TASS reports.
Timoshenko listened to the sentence together with her husband and daughter. Timoshenko’s party members were not allowed to enter the proceedings. Protests are being held at the court building.
