Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has held meeting with the secretary
general of NATO Anders Fogh Rasmussen. The meeting saw a discussion of
Armenian-NATO cooperation, reports panorama.am
The sides pointed out progress in NATO-Armenian relations, which
provides for an active dialogue in the military and political spheres.
Sargsyan noted that Armenia will keep cooperating with NATO and
partner-states in different spheres, such as the fight against
international terrorism, border security and peace missions.
The issues of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace settlement and freezing of
Armenian-Turkish rapprochement were also discussed. He added that
Turkey had proven itself an unreliable partner.
