Russian authorities to invest in the Caucasus

Several investment projects launched in order to establish new jobs in the North Caucasus Federal District will start this month, the presidential envoy to the region, Alexander Khloponin, said, Yuga.ru reports.

According to Khloponin, the measure was taken to fight unemployment, the region's greatest problem.
