Federation Council replaces senator from Krasnodar Territory

The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachev, dismissed
Alexander Pochinok as that office's representative on the Federation Council and appointed Ahmed Bilalov to this position, RIA Novosti reports.
Alexander Pochinok has worked in the Federation Council since 2007, his
mandate was due to expire in April 2012. Previously, he served as
Federal Minister of Labour and Social Development and Minister for Taxes and
Customs.

Bilalov is the chairman of the board of the company "Resorts of the North
Caucasus."
