The tanker "Gregory Bugrov", grounded in the Caspian Sea, was holed incollision with an underwater object located in a Russian Navytraining area, RIA Novosti reports.
At the moment of collision, 14 people were on board and the tanker was travelling from Turkmenistan to Astrakhan with six thousand tons of fuel oil .Neither casualities nor oil spills have been reported.
