Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on the 20th anniversary on Azerbaijani independence.
Medvedev noted Azerbaijan’s progress in economic and social spheres in his message.
He also wished the Azerbaijani people peace and success in the future.
