South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity condemned the Ministry of Capital, Road Construction and Architecture for inefficiency.
The president said that he had not seen any improvements on streets after building of new communications. Some citizens say it was pre-electoral agitation. Communications cost 70,000 rubles per house.
Kokoity expressed discontent with the work of the ministry and contractors.
Chairman of Government Vadim Brovtsev says that a new contractor is needed to beautify the streets. The goal is to be fulfilled by the end of the year.
Eduard Kokoity urged officials to use financial support from Russia with more care.
