Izmir will host the first session of the Azerbaijani-Turkish Council for Strategic Cooperation on October 25-26, Trend reports.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will arrive for the session. The sides will discuss trade and economics. They will visit foundation of the new oil refinery for Petkim, where SOCAR has a 51% share. A lyceum named after Heydar Aliyev will open in Izmir.
