The role of culture and the mass media in the struggle against terrorism is going to be discussed on October 21st at a meeting of the North Caucasus Public Council.
The event is going to be attended by the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, the Russian Minister of Culture, A. Avdeyev, and the head of the State Broadcasting Company, O. Dobrodeyev.
The North Caucasus Public Council was established in 2010 on the initiative of the Russian President.
