Abkhaz president appoints new ministers

The President of the semi-recognized republic of Abkhazia, Alexander Ankvab, appointed Mirab Kishmaria defense minister, Rauf Tsimtsba tax minister and Vyacheslav Chirikba foreign minister, the Apsnypress Information Agency reports.

The Abkhaz president also appointed several other top officials.
