French President Nicolas Sarkozy thanked Armenian Foreign Minister Edvard Nalbandyan, sending him a letter saying that the minister contributed much to the development of bilateral relations, News-Armenia reports.
Minister Nalbandyan previously served as Armenian Ambassador to France, the news agency notes.
