Documents have been signed today between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, which show that Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan cooperation is developing dynamically, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said after talks with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev in Almaty on Thursday, Trend cites Kazinform.
"Our two countries have common roots, we belong to the Turkic world. We have similar language, culture and traditions. All these advantages should be used for our relations," he said.
"This is a good bridge for our mutual cooperation. Azerbaijanis contribute to Kazakhstan's development and actively participate in all spheres of our society. That is, there is a basis for cooperation," Nazarbayev noted.
