Abkhaz President Alexander Ankvab has the appointed ministers of education, interior affairs, labour and social development, Yuga.ru reports.
Major-General Otar Khetsya has been appointed Interior Minister. He was previously the secretary of the Security Council. He was the interior minister from 2005 to August 2010.
Olga Koltukova has become Minister for Labour and Social Development. Writer and journalist Daur Nachkebia became Education Minister.
