Khloponin expresses dissatisfaction with absences of federal center members of the Public Council of North Caucasus Federal District

Russian presidential plenipotentiary envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin has proposed to exclude members of the Public Chamber who ignore the meetings of the Public Council of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), RIA Novosti reports.

The Public Council of the NCFD is composed of representatives from several establishments. The federal group is formed of prominent representatives of Russian public organizations (14 people), peripheral group is formed from the candidates proposed by Alexander Khloponin (14 people) while the regional group has been determined by equal representation from all the subjects of the federation district (14 people).
