The President expressed regret that the resolution of the conflict has not yet reached significant results, and stressed that Azerbaijan will use all the possibilities in order to restore its territorial integrity.
Aliyev said that Armenia had withdrawn its candidacy for non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council because it is aware of its weaknesses in comparison with Azerbaijan, who is also running for this office.
