The case of the Russian writer Eduard Bagirov who escaped from house arrest, will be soon transferred to the Chisinau Court, said Acting President of Moldova, Marian Lupu at one of the private channels of Moldova, RIA Novosti reports.
Bagirov, kept under house arrest in Chisinau, disappeared October 18 in an unknown direction, and made several statements in the online media of his alleged stay in Moscow the next day.
Earlier, the court central district of Chisinau changed the measure from house arrest to detention in prison for 30 days. According to Moldovan law enforcement agencies, court decision put Bagirov on the international wanted list.
Russian blogger and writer Eduard Bagirov was arrested in Chisinau on June 16, 2011. Bagirov is incriminated participation in an organized criminal group in the mass protests in Chisinau in April 2009.
