Erdogan: we can't laugh while Karabakh is weeping

Recep Tayyip Erdigan, the Turkish prime minister, said that intensification of Ankara's influence in the region would help resolve such problems as stability in Iraq, the Iranian nuclear program and the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. A solution to the last one would be particularly positive for Turkey, ANS reports him saying.

He said that Turkey's external policy would be based on the principle of good neighbourly relations.
