Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov is on an official visit to Azerbaijan today, Trend reports.
He was welcomed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the honorary guards in Baku.
The meeting was followed with state anthems.
The Parvanov greeted the Azerbaijani soldiers. The delegations introduced each other. The presidents made an official photo.
