Iran summoned Turkish ambassador to the country Tuesday following an armed attack on a bus carrying Iranians in Turkish soil, Trend reports on Tuesday.
An Iranian Foreign Ministry official expressed the country's objection to the unacceptable performance of Turkish officials on the event.
The official reminded Turkish consular commitments on protecting life of Iranians inside the country as well as arrest and punishment of agents involved in the attack.
The ambassador promised to inform Turkey of the issue.
