European monitor speaks for treaty on non-use of force between Russia and Georgia

Andjzhej Tyshkevich, head of the EU monitoring mission in Georgia, has urged Russia to sign a treaty on non-use of force with Georgia today.


Such a proposition was discussed at the consultations in Geneva. It would contribute to security in the region, Tyshkevich said in Moscow, Interfax reports.
